Rachel Knowles

Dr Rachel Knowles works for the UK Medical Research Council (MRC; part of UKRI) where she is Lead for Clinical Research Policy, Ethics and Governance with responsibility for global health research ethics. She is a member of the GFBR Steering Committee. She has a background in public health medicine and paediatric epidemiology. Rachel currently chairs a university research ethics committee and has been a member of a UK National Health Service research ethics committee.
